| Description | Each week, students put their learning into action through Hands-On, an immersive internship experience that connects classroom teaching to real ministry. Whether serving on teams, leading projects, or supporting church operations, students gain practical experience, develop leadership confidence, and grow through serving others. It’s where formation moves from theory to practice — and faith becomes action. | Every student begins with Foundations — a shared starting point where they learn the heartbeat of VOUS. Through lessons on culture, values, and the principles of servant leadership, students build a strong base for personal growth and ministry. Foundations equips each student with the mindset and maturity to lead from who they are before stepping into specialized track training. | After building a foundation in culture and leadership, students step into Formation Classes — a space to refine their unique gifts and develop specialized skills within their chosen track. These classes go deeper into hands-on learning and craft, helping students grow in excellence, creativity, and confidence as they serve in real ministry environments. Formation is where calling takes shape and skill meets purpose. |
